Cistus x purpureus

Short description

A rounded shrub with upright sticky, red flushed shoots and narrow dark green leaves. In summer produces crinkled dark pink flowers with maroon marks at the base of the petals. The flowers itself only last for a day, but it will continue to flowers all Summer. Will grow well in poor soil types but likes a sunny sheltered spot in your garden.
